The section of curricula and programs verifies the quality of development and compliance of the modular educational programs (MOS), the curriculum (RUP) and the catalogs of elective disciplines (QED) of specialties for all forms of training carried out at the university and the work of the committees on educational plans and committees on curricula. In the 2011-2012 academic year, the work of the section of curricula and programs was for the first time aimed at the formation of modular educational programs. In accordance with the Rules of the organization of the educational process on the credit technology of training (the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan № 152 from 20.04.2011), the university conducted a large organizational work. As a result, with the participation of employers, MPSs and QEDs were formed in all bachelor's specialties. Work was done to introduce changes and additions to the Catalogs of Elective Disciplines and Work Curricula. According to the recommendations of employers and taking into account the labor market requirements in QEDs and RUPs in 2012-2013 academic year. 112 new disciplines were included in the year, and in 2011-2012, year - 153.

The analysis of RUPs and QEDs was carried out to exclude obsolete or unclaimed disciplines. As a result, 113 non-topical disciplines were excluded from RUPs of specialties. With the purpose of teaching students practical skills and qualifications, 78 disciplines oriented to entrepreneurship were introduced in RUEs and QEDs.

In order to implement paragraph 2.3. protocol of the Republican Forum of Agrarian Workers, which was held with the participation of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev, on the audit of the curricula of agrarian higher and secondary special educational institutions, the RUPs were audited in 11 agrarian specialties. The RUP audit certificates were sent to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In pursuance of the instruction of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev, given at the forum of workers of the agro-industrial complex, it was proposed to make 6 new agrarian specialties with the justification of their necessity, from which "Energy Management" was decided to study as a specialization within the specialty "Power engineering".

With the purpose of introducing a new discipline, "Professionally Oriented Foreign Language" (GOSO 2011), the University Action Plan was approved for the acquisition of UML and the development of a 37-degree curriculum for the improvement of the level of knowledge of the foreign language of teachers of graduating departments.

According to the proposals of the Committee for Water Resources of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan (29.05.2012), the discipline "Reclamation and Reclamation of Agricultural Land" was included in the RUPs of specialties "Agronomics", "Soil Science and Agrochemistry", "Land Management", "Cadastre" and in the Catalog of Elective Disciplines specialist. In order to fulfill the instructions of the head of state NA. On the basis of a letter from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 5, 2013 on the need to include the discipline "Religious Studies" in the component of choice, this discipline was introduced into the QEDs and RUPs of 37 specialties and its study was started from 2013-2014 academic year. in

The curriculum includes 18 subjects, 63 curriculum vitae and 7 teaching aids, which include the most topical issues of production. Practical documents for production have been developed for 51 disciplines.

In preparation for institutional and specialized accreditation of the University in 2013-2014 academic year. The Regulations on the Development Plan for the Educational Program and the Alumni Support Program have been developed. During the academic year, the section of curricula and programs provided consulting and methodological assistance to the faculties for the development of MNP specialties for NNW, as well as for the development of educational program development plans.

In February 2014 the university successfully passed the procedure of institutional accreditation according to the standard "Educational Programs", and 18 educational programs in 9 specialties - specialized accreditation.

In preparation for the post-licensing audit of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2013-2014 academic year. from 10 universities of Kazakhstan in all specialties of bachelor's, master's and doctoral studies, as well as general education (bachelor's) and basic disciplines (magistracy), standard curricula of disciplines were acquired.

As a result of the analysis of the quality of practical training of students, it is revealed that educational programs are characterized by insufficient number of hours allocated for practical training (2-3 months). Since January 2015, work has been organized to improve the quality of practical training of students, within the framework of which the strategy of KSU named after S.Seifullin has been developed to improve the quality of practical training of students. One of the directions of this strategy was to increase the amount of time devoted to professional practice up to 5-6 months. In accordance with this, faculties have been working to increase the amount of time for practice and in MOPs and yearly RUPs for students of the 1-3 courses on bachelor's specialties, relevant changes have been made.

Within the framework of the preparation for the State Attestation of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (autumn 2015), standard curricula of disciplines were acquired from 10 universities of Kazakhstan in all specialties of bachelor's, master's and doctoral studies, as well as general (bachelor) and basic subjects (magistracy).

In accordance with the Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 2, 2014, No. 198 "On Amendments and Additions to the Rules for the Organization of the Educational Process on Credit Learning Technology," in the MPS and RUPs of bachelor's specialties developed with the participation of employers in 2015-2016. Changes in the content and design of MOSS 14 specializations of the university, for which professional standards have been approved, are developed on the basis of professional standards. In 2015-2016 academic year the number of MPS baccalaureate was 77, including 8 All of them during the period from December 21 to December 26, 2016 successfully passed the State Attestation of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Annually the section of curricula and programs conducts the following work:

  1. RUEs and QEDs of specialties for all forms of education were tested for compliance with the GOSO specialties 2006, 2009, 2012, 2013 and 2016.
  2. The developed KED and RUP of bachelor's specialties in all forms of training were checked for consistency.
  3. Work plans for scheduling classes were checked for compliance with the approved bachelor's degrees by the RUEs
  4. To ensure the operation of the Automated Learning Management System TUS, later AIS Platonus, electronic RUs were created in the system, new elective disciplines were introduced with their codes, their binding to specialties and departments was carried out.
  5. In the AIS Platonus electronic RUEs specialties bachelor's were checked for compliance with the working curriculum on paper and during the academic year they were edited.
  6. In 2015-16 school. in the AIS "Platonus":
  • for the formation of a new catalog of disciplines without codes, work has been organized to translate the names of disciplines into three languages ​​with the involvement of the PPS of language departments;
  • the existing disciplines were reinstalled in the system and new disciplines were created in three languages;
  • in order to exclude the repetition of the names of disciplines for three levels and for different departments from the system, disciplines with repeated names have been removed;
  • for automatic withdrawal from the Platonus of Appendices to the diplomas of graduates of 4-5 courses, work is organized to update the names and codes of disciplines in three languages;
  • for automatic formation in the load system of the departments, disciplines that were not previously assigned to the departments were fixed;
  • in connection with the changes in the State Educational Establishment of Education and the approval of new specialty courses of specialties (2016), new disciplines have been created in three languages;
  • To exclude the teaching of disciplines in non-core departments, the disciplines were assigned to the profile departments.

Electronic RUPs of bachelor's specialties from 2016-17 academic year.
