Scientific student club "Oiler"

At the department "Technology of food and processing industries" on the basis of the experimental-production workshop for the production of vegetable oils, a student group "Maslodel" operates. The main goal of the scientific circle is to create and develop conditions for research and training highly qualified specialists for the oil and fat industry.

Work in a scientific circle stimulates students to self-education, and self-improvement, the development of cognitive interests in the production of oil and fat products, to form professional competencies.

Currently, students are conducting joint research on the following topics:

- blending of vegetable oils;

- maceration of vegetable oils;

- processing of secondary products of the oil and fat industry;

- obtaining gluten-free types of flour obtained in the processing of oilseeds and their further use.

The results of scientific papers will be published in student conferences.
